The Chapter Board meets once in 3 months to take stock of progress and to plan various activities of the Chapter.

A study circle of the Chapter meets once a month during which a topic of contemporary interest is dealt with either as a workshop or through a seminar by a guest speaker.

The Chapter also holds seminars in association with other organizations in the area such as local chapters of the Computer Society of India.
